Abstract

In an experiment on mice of the SBA line, the structural organization of the kidney was studied with the
development of experimental hepatocarcinoma– 29 transplanted into the hip area. The nephron ultrastructure was evaluated
by light and electron microscopy. After 30 days of the experiment in animals with tumor growth in the structure of the kidneys
revealed a decrease in the size of the lumen of the capsule of the renal body, a decrease in the volume density of the capillary
glomeruli, an increase in the size of the interstitial spaces of the renal body. Noted swelling of the cytoplasm of podocytes,
reduction in the number and thickness sitapati, reducing the fenestre in endothelial cells of glomerular capillaries, swelling of
epithelial cells of proximal and distal kidney. The noted changes indicate a change in the barrier properties of the renal filter in
the conditions of distant tumor growth.
